Douglas Golden
I’m a solutions guy. At work, I’m the director of a small department called Technology and Process Solutions within the External Affairs department of a large private for-profit university. My roles over the last 10 years have included consultant, process/business analyst, and project manager.
I’m very interested in exploring the uses and benefits of social media within the organizational setting. My tools of the day include Sharepoint, Business Process Management (is that a tool?), microblogging, and persuasive appeals.
I earned my Masters of Arts in Communication Studies from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts from University of Illinois.
